Yes. Lean Blend is 100% vegan, dairy free, and gluten free. It's also keto friendly. We use amino acid (hydrolysed collagen-free) protein — not whey — so there's no dairy involved at all. Always check the label for the most up-to-date allergen information.

Mix one scoop with 400–500ml of cold water. Shake or stir well for 30 seconds until fully dissolved. For best results, use cold water and shake before drinking. You can also use it as a base for our mocktail recipes — check out our Rituals page for ideas.

Yes! All orders over $70 AUD ship free anywhere in Australia. Orders under $70 have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane) are typically faster. We'll send you a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Currently we ship within Australia only. We're working on international shipping — follow us on Instagram or sign up to our email list to be notified when it's available.

First, check your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 10 business days and there's no update, please contact us and we'll sort it out promptly.

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. Please contact us first before returning anything.

We stand behind our product — but taste is personal. If you're unsure which flavour is right for you, we recommend starting with our Protein Water Bundle to try multiple flavours before committing to a full bag.

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no hoops to jump through. We use Recharge for subscriptions and cancellations are always self-service.

Yes. You can update your flavour selection any time before your next billing date through your Recharge account portal. Log in using the link in any of your order emails.
